Pure Genius - The Dollup Case

Wanted to share one of my latest must-haves AKA obsessions. Where has this been all my life? It's a clutch, a magnetic makeup palette, a tool belt, and a mirror all in one! It comes in tons of amazing colors, is super high quality, and looks chic with any outfit.

I am doing makeup for a wedding this coming weekend, but am also a guest. I am going to be doing her touch-ups throughout the wedding and this will be PERFECT to carry all my touch-up makeup in, but also look like I'm just carrying my clutch around.

There is still enough time to get this as an AMAZING Christmas gift for the beauty lover in your life. This would be such unique gift! You can order here!

I basically had a photo shoot for this beauty because it's just too pretty not to. Enjoy the 3,897 photos I took. I couldn't stop!

From Hawaii With Love

I have very few beauty lines that I fall head over heels in love with. Especially the natural/organic lines. I love love love the idea of only using natural and organic ingredients in my skincare, but when you have difficult skin sometimes you just need to get straight to the chemicals. I know that sounds awful, but essential oils can only take you so far - for me anyway! But that's neither here nor there! Let's get to the point...I have found the mother of all natural and organic skincare lines.

I stumbled across her page on Instagram. The beautiful photos of Hawaii, her beautifully descriptive captions, the warmth that exuded from her page...I felt like I was taking a little trip to the islands. I could practically smell the tropical flowers, honey, and coconut. I needed everything she made and I needed it right then and there! Growing up on an island myself, I am always a sucker for anything that reminds me of being there.

Here are a few of the products I ordered and my thoughts on them.

Coco Infusion: A tropical luxury body oil made with pure unrefined coconut oil, cold pressed organic macadamia & kukui nut oils and gently infused with sea buckthorn oil. I got the scent 'Mahana' which is a fusion of organic vanilla and coconut cream. The smell alone will take you to the warmth and sunshine of the tropics. I use this on my entire body when I get out of the shower. I got the one that has a beautiful gold sheen to it. I swear I look like I am glowing from within. Since it has coconut oil in it, it can solidify with colder temps. Just keep it in your shower so it's nice and warmed!

Mermaid Mask: This mask is a superfood for your skin. With Hawaiian raw honey, Hawaiian spirulina, Chlorella, sea buckthorn, luminess algae and 15 botanicals. Your skin will drink up this elixir and radiate. I swear one product smells better than the next. This feels like a nice, thick honey consistency and glides right onto the skin. It never hardens or cracks. It leaves your face so happy, plumped, and glowing. I just feel so good knowing I'm feeding my face with such goodness!

Sexy, I know!
Champagne Serum: A dime size amount is all you need to dramatically change the appearance and texture of your skin. Loaded with antioxidants, your skin will drink up this cocktail and be sure to thank you later. I have been using this as my daytime serum under my SPF moisturizer. It has quickly become the ONLY oil I can use on my face. Usually they all break me out. This is so light, absorbs right away, and is never greasy. This is a must have! It contains: organic cold pressed grape seed oil, organic jojoba oil, organic rose hip oil, Vitamin C & E, ginkgo boloba, olive leaf extract, roobibos leaf, white tea, green tea, rose water, and rosemary antioxidant. WOW!

Honey Love Microdermabrasion 3-in-1 Cleanser, Mask, & Exfoliator: A blend of essential oils, vitamin C & E, organic flower powders and 100% raw and organic Hawaiian honey made from Hawaiian Island bees will transform your skin, and leave you with a soft and dewy complexion. Raw honey is a humectant, attracted and retaining moisture to your skin. Honey also contains flavonoids and antioxidants which work as antibacterial agents making it great for oily and acne prone skin! As soon as you open the jar and smell the rich Hawaiian honey, you will be hooked! It is truly a sensory experience. I have to say my skin has been super clear and soft since I've been using this. I already reordered because I want it on hand when I run out!

If you have a moment take the time to read this. I LOVE the way she sums up her process of creating and one of the many reasons why I fell in love with this line:

"There is a lot of research that goes into each ingredient, and then a very long testing phase. An ingredient has to captivate all of my senses. The texture, the scent, the feeling on my skin when applying, and how the skin resonates with each ingredient once it is left on the skin and once it is washed off.

The entire experience of using each ingredient must be lovely, it should be unique and thoroughly enjoyable. And then, once you start blending and infusing, that's when the magic happens. Ingredients begin to transform and metamorphose. It is pure plant, oil, fruit, and nectar alchemy for me. It is very similar to cooking in a way and I am very much in love with the entire process.

Skin benefits are essential for choosing ingredients. I adore pure, raw organic Hawaiian honey for its antibacterial properties and moisturizing factors. You can find it in our Honey Love, Mermaid Mask and new products we will be launching soon. Tropical oils are some of my favorite, you will find cold pressed, organic oils in our Coco Infusions and Serums. Essential oils are crucial for their skin and aromatherapy benefits. I am particularly fond of French Lavender, Chamomile, Blue Tansy and Neroli.

I love superfood ingredients that promote cellular renewal and literally "feed" your skin. You can feel them working their magic on the skin, and the glow that you are left with is the proof. Our Mermaid Mask is full of superfood ingredients, and is essentially a 'skin food'. I love both calming and stimulating ingredients. Some women enjoy clothing or shoe shopping, for me, its ingredients shopping for my products that makes my heart skip a beat.

You know- my husband named our company 'Leahlani', Lani means heaven in Hawaiian, and he said when I was talking about skincare of facials in the studio blending...I was in heaven. He is right! All of our ingredients I use are the best that mother nature has to offer and help the heal and replenish the skin, tried and true."

***Note: Even though it ships from Hawaii, the shipping is SUPER fast! Mine got to me in a few days!

My Microblading Experience

Microblade, eyebrow feathering, hair stroke, semi permanent makeup, it what you want, I'm just glad I discovered it! After YEARS of research, stalking the best permanent makeup artists, making apppointments, chickening out and canceling appointments - I finally said enough was enough and went for it!

What is microblading?

Microblading is a relatively new, manual method of permanent eyebrow cosmetics. It is actually considered to be semi-permanent. It is done using a very fine blade to deposit pigments into the epidermis to "tattoo" individual hairs. Because the color is impacted closer to the surface, the strokes appear crisp and very fine. There is no "spilling" under the skin.

How did I choose/find my permanent makeup artist?

Three years ago I randomly stumbled upon Permanent Makeup by Mary online. She is based out of Tampa, but I was willing to fly to her because she is so talented. This was when I discovered that actual teeny tiny hairs could be tattooed on. No one really knew about microblading at this point, so I quickly got an appointment with her (she even offered to pick me up from the airport). At this same time I ended up finding out I was pregnant and had to cancel my appointment (obviously a no no for pregnant women). Fast forward to almost 3 years later...she is now on a year long waiting list!! Good for her, bad for me!

I was beyond lucky though and RANDOMLY found a woman in my area (we just moved to Knoxville, TN) who is a personal friend of Mary and was trained by her! What a small world! Her before and after photos were phenomenal. I called and had an appointment that next week! When choosing someone it is so so so important that you see their work beforehand! Here are some of the photos from Kim's Permanent Cosmetics (who did mine).

As you can see in this before picture of me - I had hardly any eyebrows. Penciling/drawing my eyebrows on had become the norm for me. I had to do it every single day for the most part because I looked like I literally had none. They were so thin and and sparse, doing my eyebrow makeup had become something I dreaded. I had to completely create a brow each time I did my makeup and it was exhausting! One wrong move and I had a bad eyebrow day on my hands.

I'm going to walk you through my experience in the photos below!

Here is the lovely room where I spent 3 entire hours getting my brows done! It was super clean and very professional.
I believe the machine to the left is the actual tattoo machine. A microblade was used for me, but I thought you would like to see this anyway!
These are the tools she used to measure and draw the perimeters of my new brows. She spent over an hour meticulously measuring and drawing my brows so that they were the perfect shape and size for my face. I was able to review what she had done and tweak it as needed. I was really happy with the perimeters she chose. I wanted my brows to be extremely natural because I could always go back for a fuller brow later on.
Here I am after she completed drawing the perimeters for my brows. After she was done she applied some numbing cream, so here I am waiting for it to kick in!
I couldn't take any photos of the actual procedure because I was there alone and had to hold VERY still. I took this after the procedure was done. It took almost 2 hours. Here is the actual micro blade she used and the pigments as well.
These are my actual results immediately after the procedure. I am beyond happy with how natural they look. The shape is absolutely perfect. She even raised my arch just a tad so I really feel like it lifted my eyes. I am thrilled with them!
I naturally tend to raise one of my eyebrows when I smile, but I promise they are even! This is right after it was done. It was a long 3 hours! I was starving.
The price for mine was $425. I think this is extremely reasonable. I have seen other places that are well over $1000. I don't think it has become super popular in my area yet, so I really lucked out by finding someone as experienced and as reasonable.

With microblading she is bascially taking a fine blade and scraping many hair-like lines into your skin. I felt it. I for sure felt it. I am also a person that felt the entire child birthing experience even with an epidural. I am just extremely aware of my body and of pain. Most people say they can't feel microblading. To each their own, but for me it was pretty painful. I just tried to zone out.

Caring for brows:
- No water can touch your brows for 10 days! This was really though.
- On day 4 start applying grape seed oil to your brows at night with a q-tip
- After Day 10 you can get brows wet and use a mild soap when you wash your face until they are completely healed. Continue to use grape seed oil.
- They do require touch-ups every now and then as needed. Once they are healed they urge you to come back with any places that may need to be filled in or tweaked.
- They are suppose to last anywhere from 1 to 3 years.

My final thoughts:
The first week my brows were scabbed over and very dark. I had to wear a hat in public because I felt like a crazy person. After a week they began to itch and the scabs began to flake off. They looked pretty normal at this point. After Day 10 the scabs were almost all gone and the color started to look really natural. I am at Day 14 now and they are almost 100% healed. I am so so happy with my results. I haven't worn makeup with them yet, but I feel like it will really cut down my getting ready time. I do know that I feel so much better without makeup now! I wish I had done this years ago! Please feel free to email me with any questions or anything I may have left out. Hope this helps some of you contemplating microblading!

Current MAC Favorites

MAC Eye Shadow Palette x 9: Purple • M·A·C Hands down all the most flattering purple/plum shades I've ever seen. You can go light or dramatic. Purple will make your eye color pop like crazy!
MAC Eye Shadow Palette x 9: Burgundy • M·A·C I have been using this every day lately - it's all the most beautiful reddish brown/nudes ever.
MAC Pro Longwear Lip Pencil • M·A·C I love lip liner, but hate having to take the time to reapply it. Usually it wears off and I'm reapplying just my lipstick. This really stays on so I don't have to touch up! I have been using the color 'Nice n' Spicy'.
MAC Matchmaster Concealer • M·A·C MAC use to have a very similar concealer in a stick and I would buy the darkest one and use it as a contour stick. I'm so excited they have come out with these! I am using 7.5 right now. They make the best contour sticks!
MAC Paints • M·A·C I have been using 'Bare Canvas' nonstop as an eyeshadow base. I was using Benefit Stay Don't Stray religiously until they changed the formula! Boo! Now this is my go to.
MAC Mineralize Charged Water • M·A·C This is just so refreshing and feels so good on my skin. I spray it all over before I start my makeup. It's just heavenly.
MAC Strobe Cream • M·A·C I've been mixing a bit of this is my foundation for an extra glow and WOW what a difference. It really gives my dull, winter skin such a pick me up. You will be so in love with this stuff after one use!
MAC Powder Blush • M·A·C I saw the color 'Melba' was the #1 selling blush on the MAC website so I decided to give it a try. I absolutely love it. A great natural, neutral shade - I've been wearing it nonstop!
MAC Patent Polish Lip Pencil • M·A·C I have been using the color "Spontaneous" as my every day lip color. It's a nice plum and just gives me a teeny pop of color. I am not a huge color person (I like my nudes and light pinks), but this I love for a little color! The color "Kittenish" is one shade lighter with the same tones and I like it just as well!

La Mer The Concentrate

IJust a quick post simply because I'm loving this product right now. La Mer is known for their "Miracle Broth" and this is the highly concentrated form of the broth. If you are thinking of dishing out the money for La Mer, I would really recommend this one simply because you are going to get the "Miracle Broth" in it's most potent form. This is one of my favorite serums to use in the winter. It goes on like silk and makes my face feel incredible. It even helps heal breakouts and chapped winter skin. I always use a Retinol or Retin-A in the winter when I'm not out in the sun, and this is the only way I can tolerate it. This helps heal my skin and keeps me from getting those dreaded Retinoid symptoms (peeling, redness, burning, etc.). Also, if I get chemical peels this is a must use for me - I swear it cuts the downtime in half. It just feels amazing on winter skin, no matter what other products you are using!

More about the "Miracle Broth":

After years of meticulous experimentation, Dr. Huber combined nutrient- rich sea kelp and other natural ingredients, infusing them with energies of light and sound to intensify their activity until they became potent, renewing Miracle Broth. After twelve years and 6000 experiments, a miracle was born. Even the driest complexions are healed in the ultimate ritual of renewal.

Your Beauty Problems Solved

You would be surprised at how many of us have all the same issues with makeup and skincare. Here are some of the most common problems SOLVED with some of my favorite products.

1. Problem: You can't cover your dark circles. You've tried every concealer under the sun, you've gone 500 shades lighter, there is just no hope.
Solution: Becca Under Eye Brightening Corrector You need to take your concealer to the next level! This product is a pre concealer, concealer! I was AMAZED by how bright and youthful my eyes appeared after using this. A little goes a long way - just apply before your concealer. One time and you will be hooked!! Tip: apply this product and your concealer in an upside down triangle shape under your eye for a lifted appearance.

2. Problem: You really suck at winged eyeliner. You've done your entire face of makeup for the's time for're going to be brave and try a have to wipe all of your makeup want to cry.
Solution: Too Faced 3-Way Lash Lining Tool Even the most unsteady hands can create the perfect winged liner with ease. This creates the most perfect, sharp edge imaginable. Wing on!

3. Problem: You don't know what blush color is the most flattering for your skin type. You've looked like a clown, you've looked like you have dirt on your cheeks, and now you've sworn off blush forever.
Solution: Bobbi Brown blush in Pale Pink I've done a lot of makeup on just about every skin tone you can imagine. I haven't met a soul who didn't look amazing in this color. It gives you instant life! It looks super scary and hot pink in the compact, but goes on as the most natural, beautiful flush you've ever seen.

4. Problem: You can't find a mascara that doesn't clump. Move on over Tammy Faye, there's a new sheriff in town!
Solution: Touch In Sol Mascara This mascara will never clump! The wand is perfect in every way. It lengthens and separates like nobody's business. This will be your new favorite!

5. Problem: Can't find a BB cream that lasts all day. You love the idea of a BB cream, but most of them are completely gone by the end of the day, don't cover quite enough of your imperfections, or leave your skin looking dull.
Solution: Estee Lauder Double Wear All-Day Glow BB You've heard me rave about their Double Wear Foundation, meet the daytime version! She will be your new best friend! Stay covered, protected from the sun with SPF 30, all while having a nice glow that never leaves you looking oily.

6. Problem: You have dark spots/uneven tone/Melasma from sun damage or pregnancy. You have tried every dark spot corrector out there, you have peeled and flaked from Retin A, and now you are thinking about serious peels or laser treatment. I am right there with ya! Until I began using this...
Solution: Obagi Clear I got this from my dermatologist and I began to notice ALL my dark spots and Melasma fading in ONE WEEK. After a full month you will be amazed!

7. Problem: You have tried every eye cream out there but those lines under and around your eyes ain't going anywhere! Your concealer creases from those pesky little wrinkles and you are really noticing those crows feet in photographs.
Solution: Roc Retinol Correxion Sensitive Eye Cream This is one of the only eye creams that will truly get rid of your eye wrinkles. You will notice such a huge difference if you stick with it every night. I recommend to only use it at night because it is extremely rich and oily. (It can also be used in conjunction with the Obagi Clear without any side effects)

8. Problem: Large pores and blackheads. Never a fun combo. Biore strips and masks may temporarily help, but those suckers will be back!
Solution: Obagi Clenziderm Pore Therapy My dermatologist recommended this and I have really seen an improvement in blackheads, but especially in the actual pore size.

9. Problem: It's officially winter and your skin officially hates you. It's dry, raw, and painful. This is especially true if you are getting back on Retinol or Retin A for the winter.
Solution: La Roche-Posay Lipikar Baume AP I moved to Switzerland almost a year ago now- in the dead winter (January 15th to be precise). My skin went into shock! We spent a great deal of time outside, so my skin was constantly chapped, dry, and in pain. I started using several La Roche-Posay moisturizers and this was the one that really saved and healed my skin. A winter life saver!

Hope this helped with some of your beauty woes! Have any other problems/issues you would like for me to address? Feel free to comment below or drop me a note at - I would love to hear from you!

Artis Brush Review

Can't wait to share my thoughts on these brushes with you. They have been making quite the buzz lately with their unique look unlike any makeup brushes out there.

My first impression: The packing is hands down the most high-end, luxurious packaging of any makeup brushes out there. Most brushes are just in plastic wrappers! This feels more like you've received an expensive watch or bracelet. Heck even jewelry boxes don't look this good!

The brush itself is beautiful enough to display in your bathroom! It's sleek look immediately caught my eye, but is this brush worth all the hype?

The Oval 8: The first brush I tried was the Oval 8 (large brush pictured) which will run you $62. The price in my opinion is very fair, and not much more than a large MAC brush. Before even applying makeup I wanted to practice and get a feel for it. You have to hold it completely different than what you are use to with other brushes, which can be a bit awkward at first. That's why I definitely recommend practicing before you go in with actual foundation. The bristles themselves are super soft and feel great on your skin. I like how large the brush is, it covers quite a large area at once. The first time using this brush with foundation was a bit awkward to be honest. I feel like I couldn't buff the foundation in as well as other brushes. I think this is because you just have to get use to the differnt grip, try it a few times, and find a grip that works for you. I didn't want to give up after one time because I knew it would be a totally different feel to begin with. The second time I had the hang of it and was really able to get in there and buff the foundation out much better. I think the key to this brush is just practicing because it really does give a beautiful, airbrush-like finish. I did use this in conjunction with my beauty blender because I'm just addicted to it. I used it at the end just to absorb any extra foundation that might have been sitting on top of the skin. I do this in conjunction with any makeup brush though!

Oval 4 & Circle 1R: These are the 2 smaller brushes. To be honest, I just couldn't make either of these work. I would have liked to try the Oval 6 (a bit smaller than Oval 8) for concealer or contouring/highlighting. The Oval 4 was a bit too small and oddly shaped for concealer and I'm not sure what else it could really work for. The Circle 1R for eyeshadow was just too awkward for me to use on my eyes. I couldn't get the placement and grip right, or buff and blend the shadows. The eyeshadow brushes just aren't for me personally. I think it's a neat concept, but you just can't hold them properly for the eye are.

All in all I think this company should stick to face makeup brushes. I've been using my Oval 8 almost every time I do my foundation if that says anything!

**tip: the Oval 8 is really great for applying your moisturizer before foundation, etc. It feels like heaven!

Change Your Skin, Change Your Life!

Happy Monday! I wanted to chat with you guys a bit more about my ItWorks products and how they have TRULY changed my skin, hair, nails, my energy levels, and just overall well being. I have done a couple posts on some products I really like (I will link below) but I wanted to elaborate a little more about this company and why I'm so in love with not only their products, but what they have done for my life!

How I got started using these products:

I've never been one to care much for pushy people selling pyramid scheme products. I understand some of these companies make great products, but some of the obnoxious sales tactics people use really turn me off. So when one of my friends, who happens to be absolutely stunning, successful, and knows everything about beauty products, told me she was using ItWorks products I was SHOCKED to say the least. I didn't waste a minute finding a rep and ordering everything she used. I was seriously impressed. The Hair Skin & Nail vitamins were growing my nails, lashes, and hair like crazy. My skin seemed to glow. I was also using their Greens On the Go (drink with 8 servings of veggies) to replace my afternoon coffee. I was feeling great, looking great and recommending it to everyone I knew! I had all my friends hooked on this stuff so I decided I may as well distribute it. I was a customer myself spending over $100 a month on the these products, so I can truly testify how amazing they are!

Skincare Routine Updated

One of my absolute favorite things to share with you is my skincare routine! I work extremely hard to find the absolute best products that actually work. I was definitely not blessed with perfect skin whatsoever. My skin is dry and oily all at the same time, I have sun spots and fine lines, and I am acne prone. This may seem like a lot of products and a lot of work BUT it's so worth it to feel confident and pretty even without makeup on. You will see lots of my old faithfuls plus a few new ones in the rotation!

Here is my day and night routine:

Biore Blemish Fighting Ice Cleanser: Wash morning and night. I've used this on and off for years. It's what I happen to be using right now and my face really stays clear when I use it. I also love the Proactiv+ face wash
Microneedle Face Roller System: I use this 2-3x a week after washing and drying my face. Roll in every direction across face and neck (vertical, horizontal, and diagonal)
PMD Personal Microderm Pink Personal Microderm: I use this once a week or every other week. I will link a previous post on this below
Dr. Brandt PoreDermabrasion Pore Perfecting Exfoliator: I use this every other day. I just keep it in the shower and use this instead of the Biore
CANE + AUSTIN Miracle Pad: I use this every other night and also directly after I use the needle roller or the PMD for a light peel.
Murad® Pore & Line Minimizing Hydrator: I use this as my nighttime moisturizer or under makeup
Murad® Complete Reform: I use this every other night in rotation with the Cane + Austin pads
Murad® Essential-C Day Moisture Broad Spectrum SPF 30: Every day moisturizer
Murad® Rapid Age Spot & Pigment Lightening Serum: Every day after I wash my face and before I apply my daytime moisturizer. I love the Skinceuticals Phloretin CF as well, but it is super pricey!

Not pictured:
My absolute favorite toner! Cannot and will not ever use anything else! I use it after I wash my face every single day. Find it here!

***Note: A lot of these products are Murad. I purchase them myself and just truly think they are one of the best skincare lines out there.

My Secret Beauty Weapon

I wanted to share my little secret for skin, hair, and nails. I have been using this product for almost 6 months now and have noticed such a change! I get compliments on my skin at the grocery store with zero makeup on and have people messaging me and commenting on how great my skin looks. Let me tell you it does NOT come naturally!

I had a friend whose eyelashes were so stunningly long and thick I thought she was either using Latisse or had eyelash extensions. She told me she had been taking hair, skin, and nail vitamins. Seriously?! Yes she was serious. I ordered these in about 2 seconds and it is one of my favorite products I own now! I have since become so obsessed with this brand I distribute it myself. What is my little secret?

ItWorks Hair Skin Nails I get them on autoship right to my door every month and I NEVER miss a day! I have stopped using Latisse, my after baby old man hair line is completely back to normal, my nails grow at the speed of light, and my skin never breaks out and overall looks healthier than it ever has. I'm sure my hair could be super long, but I'm keeping the long bob for now!
Just give these supplements a chance and you will thank me! I can promise you that you will be thrilled with your results! You can purchase them HERE directly from yours truly

Check out one of my other favorite product posts here!

And please feel free to message me with any questions about this product or any others.

Friday Favorites

It's been awhile since I've shared all my favorite makeup products! These are products I use almost every single day or every time I do my makeup! Some of them I have posted frequently, but it's only because they are amazing products that I use over and over! Here is a quick breakdown of each!

1.NARS Radiant Creamy Concealer This is just my go to every day concealer (See here for my other favorites). It blends easily, covers, and looks natural.

2.Giorgio Armani Flash Lacquer Crystal Shine Gloss These are just stunning alone or over lipstick. They feel amazing and leave lips looking insanely beautiful! I tend to use Pink 515 the most.

3.Lancome Rouge in Love Lip Color Have been using this all the time simply because I love the perfect baby pink color in #307B Sweet Embrace. It's a beautiful bridal color as well!

4.Becca Shimmering Skin Perfector Pressed - Limited Edition - Rose Gold I'm a big fan of Becca highlighters. And anything Rose Gold. It leaves the most beautiful glow on the skin and never looks cake or too sparkly.

5.Becca Beach Tint Shimmer Soufflé I am OBSESSED with this product. Just looking at this makes me happy. I use it during the weekday for a quick swipe over my lids, as a highlighter base on my cheekbones and down the bridge of my nose, or anywhere I want a little glow. I can't even describe how gorgeous this color is. The color I use is Guava/Moonstone.

6.MAC Eye Pencil in Coffee Have used this eyeliner for years and years. I never get sick of this color. It's not as harsh as black, easily blends, doesn't flake, and makes eye color pop. My favorite and the only color I can use on my inner waterline.

7.Too Faced Better Than Sex Mascara This is great simply because it is super volumizing. It doesn't take much to accomplish full lashes.

8.Bobbi Brown Blush in Pale Pink Another one I have used for years and have gotten so many friends hooked on! It looks hot pink in the package but goes on a perfect pink that flatters everyone I have used it on.

9.TOM FORD Traceless Foundation Stick A little pricey, but if you ever run out of this you are using WAY too much. I buy a super dark color and use it as my cream contour. I love this because it always looks super natural and blends perfectly with foundation.

10.TOM FORD Bronzing Powder Again, pricey BUT comes in a huge compact that will last for a very long time. I will probably never run out. I love this because it photographs beautifully on myself and on clients. Well worth the price. I use this as my bronzer/contour powder.

11.Beauty Blender Pro Cleanser Kit My favorite way to blend and apply foundation, concealer, and contour creams. Always leaves skin looking natural and flawless. This kit is great because it comes with their cleaner. This cleaner is all I use to clean this sponge and my brushes with. Also, it's the only soap I have found that will get ALL the foundation out of your Beauty Blender.

12.MAC Lipstick in Angel I think I may drive people crazy with my Angel lipstick addiction. I don't care, it's my everything! Ride or die! The most perfect pink ever made.

13.Yves Saint Laurent Dessin des Lèvres Lip Liner Love the shade in #13 - my favorite dark nude liner. Goes with everything!

14.M·A·C 'Warm Neutral Times 15' Eyeshadow Palette The only palette you will ever need. Every shade is better than the next. Well worth the price, and actually a great value. This would be $160 if you bought every individual shadow and the price on this is $85.

15.Too Faced Primed & Poreless Loose Powder Your makeup will last ALL day and night if you set it with this. Since trying this I have never used anything else. It's just WOW!

16.Estee Lauder Double Wear Stay-In-Place Makeup This combined with the Too Faced Pored & Primed Loose Powder will leave your face absolutely flawless and you will literally not have to touch it up at all. I never use anything else. It fills pores, covers any imperfections, and won't budge.

LONDONTOWN Lakur: Enhanced Colour Nail Polish

Hi loves! Wanted to share a really great nail polish brand I recently discovered. I came across these polishes on Instagram actually. Their gorgeous colors caught my eye! I did more research on this brand and they have rave reviews! I had to try for myself! In real life one color was more beautiful and vibrant than the next! They have mastered the perfect shade of every dream color out there. They have been tweaked to get the shade just right. They have taken hints from all the major nail brands and cult classic shades to create the perfect polish. I have to mention, each shade is London themed with names like: Teatime, Earl Gray, Chim Cher-ee, Across the Pond, and Water in my Wellies. How cute is that?!

I'm really into nudes at the moment and these nudes are shades that actually compliment your skin color. It's tough to find a nude polish that is just right for you. All 3 that I have worked beautifully with my skin tone. I found this true with each shade- the reds, blues, & pinks. All were colors that I am ALWAYS looking for but don't seem to exist.

My thoughts on the actual polish: It glides on seamlessly, left no bubbles, was not goopy, sticky, or tacky. 2 coats and the color was completely opaque. I wore one to the beach for a week long vacation and my finger nail and toe nail color did not fade in the sun whatsoever. This is the first time I've ever had that happen. I was extremely impressed. The color lasted around a week without chipping on my fingernails. My toenail polish didn't chip at all. The polish lasts longer than most because they are developed to adhere to LONDONTOWN's kur: Nail Hardener and Base Coat; this reaction creates a molecular bond that reinforces nail strength and works to prevent nails from breaking, cracking and splitting. Genius!

The VERY best part of this polish is:
  • "9-free," does not contain the toxic chemicals;
    • Formaldehyde-free
    • Toulene-free
    • DBP-free
    • Formaldehyde resin-free
    • Camphor-free
    • Lead-free
    • Xylene-free
    • Ethyl Tosylamide
    • Paraben-free
  • Vegan, gluten-free and cruelty-free.
Here are a few of my favorite colors from the line! Excuse my not totally perfect paint job!
