Make Up for Ever Full Cover Extreme Camouflage Concealer I wanted to start with my #1 favorite concealer. I was introduced to this by a friend a couple of years ago, and have been hooked ever since.
What I love about it: A little goes a long way. This tube will last you a very long time. It dries to a perfect matte finish (but will not leave you dry or flaky). Because it dries to a matte finish, once you set with powder it will not budge, crease, settle in lines, or move whatsoever. It also can cover even the darkest circles with just a tiny amount of product. Bonus: It's waterproof!! It will last through sweat, tears, and rainy days! Woo hoo!
I suggest: This formula dries very quickly, so I suggest you apply one eye at a time. I always set my under eyes with powder after applying concealer. The color I use is 6. I use this color year round. It is 2 to 3 shades lighter than my skin, but I prefer a very light under eye.
What I love about it: It blends easily, has a sponge tip wand applicator, covers circles, leaves eyes moisturized without creasing or melting away. This is just a great concealer all around.
I suggest: As always, set with a loose or pressed powder. This step will really make all the difference in getting the most out of your concealer. The color I use is Medium Custard. This seems to be a great neutral color that I can use year round.
Kevyn Aucoin The Sensual Skin Enhancer This is a super duty, not messin around, get the job done concealer. This is for those full glam nights and special events.
What I love about it: This little tiny jar will last you a lifetime. It is so rich, so opaque, and just plain luxurious. Once applied you will not see any imperfections, dark circles, veins, etc. It gives you that full glam look!
I suggest: Start with the TINIEST little dab and work your way up from there. When I say a little goes a long way, I mean it with this product! This concealer does require a little bit of work. I first start with a teeny little dot on my fingertips and dab under the eyes. I can then see how much more, if any, I need. I then use a concealer brush (my favorite is this Sephora concealer brush) to gently buff it out. Last, I finish blending with a Beauty Blender sponge (make sure to wet it until it expands, squeeze out all water out, blot excess water out on a towel). They key to this concealer is to buff and blend! Set with powder (a must with this) and you are looking totally flawless! The color I use is SX06. If you have a Kevyn Aucoin counter in your area (counter locator link here), I would suggest you get color matched. It's a bit tricky trying to guess your color online.
Note: This can also be used as a foundation for your entire face (use sparingly, blend, blend, blend)
